This section of the website provides those working with vulnerable adults information to assist them in fulfilling their safeguarding responsibilities.

Local Policies / Guidance

• Safeguarding Adults Procedures and Procedures which are designed to provide a consistent approach to all concerns of abuse or neglect.
• Multi-Agency Risk Framework has been designed to manage high risk cases that fall outside of the statutory framework.
• Fire Risks includes threats of arson, home fire safety checks and training packages from Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
• Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP) involves an outcome focused, person centred approach to safeguarding adults.
• Bracknell Forest Self-assessment Safeguarding Tool is designed to help all organisations reflect on how robust their arrangements are for a range of safeguarding scenarios and includes a link to further guidance 'Too Important to Get Wrong'.

• Making decisions on the duty to carry out Safeguarding Adults enquiries provides support on when a concern requires an enquiry under S42 of the Care Act (2014).
